I completely agree with the above review. When I bought some jeans for my husband and clearly asked whether I could return them if they did not fit I was told yes. When they subsequently did not fit and I tried to return them they pointed to a barely visible sign behind the counter and stated exchange only. Bearing in mind they had nothing that would fit my husband I wanted a refund. They would not and despite writing tho the head office explaining the situation they did not even bother to reply. This in my mind was very sharp practice and whilst they may be strictly within the law this is a sure way to lose future business. I had over the years bought many items from this company but will never shop in there again and furthermore will make sure I tell all my friends about the experience I received. People pass on good customer service experiences but equally pass on bad experiences as well. ...

I could not agree more, despite me asking if I could return if item did not fit my husband which it did not the staff said I could. When I then asked for a refund they refused and pointed to a barely visible sign behind the counter which stated refunds not available. They did not point this out at the time of purchase and despite writing to the head office explaining the circumstances they did not have the courtesy of replying. I will never shop in there again and was disgusted with their customer service, which has cost them my future business and any reccomendations to my friends....

Although the clothes in this store are very nice and well priced I received some of the worst customer service I have ever come across from the employees in this shop and would urge anyone who enters to check all clothes thoroughly and do not expect to be able to return the goods even if they are faulty - they will not allow you too. ...
