I had exactly the same problem. DO NOT use this site. No reply to my queries whatsoever, just took my money and sent the email invoice....

I bought a few things off the website back at the end of December 2007, they took my money and I received my order confirmation - no mention as to when I would receive my order, so I emailed them, to no response. At least every month I have emailed them. I have even tried ringing the number stated on this website. When I first tried I got a answer machine - so I left a message, no response. Now when I try to ring the number I getting an engaged tone. I wrote to them also at the address shown here, and the letter got sent back saying \'not known at this address. Do not use this website. I have lost £50 and am not likely to be able to retrieve it....
